Basic Vinaigrette

Used as a base of any salad dressing, this vinaigrette is as versatile as they come. Add fruits, vegetables, spices or anything else you can think of to make your own salad dressings that pay off every time.

  • Blender
  • Food Processor
  • Immersion Blender


  • 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh squeezed, if possible
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground, if possible


  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor
  • Blend until smooth and the oil emulsifies
  • Transfer to a bottle or jar
  • Store in the refrigerator
