Teriyaki Chicken Wing Sauce

This Teriyaki Wing Sauce is delicious tossed with chicken wings right out of the fryer, or as a dip for baked chicken wings. Reduce it more for a stickier, more robust teriyaki sauce, or keep it thinner for a light, moderate sauce. After tossing the wings in the sauce, make sure to sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onion on top.

  • Small Sauce Pan
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Whisk


  • 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce Low Sodium
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1/4 cup Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 whole Lime Juiced
  • 2 cloves Garlic Smashed
  • 2 tsp Fresh Ginger Finely Minced
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion Diced on Bias
  • 1 pinch Cheyenne Pepper


  • Mix all ingredients together in a small sauce pan
  • Bring to a boil
  • Simmer until reduced by half
  • Toss over wings
  • Sprinkle green onion on top
